This Crunchy, Golden Granola Will Change Your Breakfast Game

This stuff never lasts in my house—it’s crunchy, nutty, lightly sweet, and ridiculously addictive. Whether you have it as cereal, sprinkle it over yoghurt with poached fruit, or eat it straight from the jar by the handful (guilty), you’ll never want store-bought granola again.

  • 60g Coconut flakes/chips

  • 70g Pecans

  • 100ml Extra virgin olive oil

  • Salt

Method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 150°C.

  2. Add all the ingredients to a large bowl with a generous pinch of salt and mix well.

  3. Spread the mixture into a thin, even layer on a baking tray and bake for 50–60 minutes, stirring every 15–20 minutes to ensure even browning.
